Welcome to Sharav Corporation (operated under the registered trade name N J Enterprise). In using the service provided by N J Enterprise, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed herein.
These terms set forth the legally binding agreement for your use of the website at https://sharavcorporation.com/ and all manufacturing, purchase, and distribution services provided by us.
1. Payment Terms & Conditions
✓ PIA – Payment in Advance: All orders must be fully paid in advance before processing, manufacturing, or dispatch. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) for heavy machinery parts and precision tools.
2. Returns & Refund Conditions
Returns are allowed only within 2 days of delivery, provided that goods are returned in their original condition and manufacturer packaging intact.
✓ Original Payment Mode: All refunds are automatically returned to the exact same mode of payment used during purchase.
✓ Speed of Refund: Upon receiving the refund clearance, we will process and send the amount back on the **next working day** (i.e. the next working day after receiving settlement from the payment gateway).
3. Dispatch, Delivery & Offers
• Dispatch Schedule: Goods will be dispatched within **two working days** after payment confirmation in our accounts.
• Domestic Delivery: Customers located in India should receive items within **7 working days** after dispatch.
• Delivery Offers: We offer **Free Delivery World Wide** on all items listed on our website.
4. Legal Jurisdiction
In case of any legal dispute, claims, or arbitration, the parties agree that all proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad – Gujarat, India only.
5. Web & Payment Gateway Errors
If the website, server database, or payment gateway experiences a technical problem or database discrepancy, Sharav Corporation reserves the absolute right to dispatch or decline the dispatch of any order. Under such errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order even after receiving the payment. In all such cases, a full refund of the amount will be processed back to your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sharav Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of tools, machinery components, or materials purchased from our Site.
